Questions before you start.
How long does it take to build my store?
Starter stores are usually ready in 7 to 10 working days, Growth stores in 12 to 18 and Premium stores in 20 to 30. The clock starts once we have your products, photos and logo.
Do I need to pay Shopify separately?
Yes. Shopify charges a monthly plan directly to you, and some apps have their own fees. We recommend the plan and apps that fit your budget so you do not pay for things you do not need.
Can you set up cash on delivery and couriers?
Yes. Every package includes cash on delivery, and we connect courier apps so you can book parcels from Shopify. Growth and Premium also include a local payment gateway where available.
Will you upload my products?
Yes. Each package includes product uploads with variants, prices and images. Starter covers up to 15 products, Growth up to 50 and Premium up to 150.
Can you fix my existing Shopify store instead?
Yes. Choose "Fix or redesign my existing store" in the form or book a call. We will review your store and suggest the changes that will make the biggest difference.
Is the store ready for Facebook and Instagram ads?
Growth and Premium include Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 tracking, so your ads can find buyers and you can see which ads actually make sales.
What does "we run your store" mean?
With Growth and Premium, we manage the store for you after launch until you have at least 10 orders. That includes handling the supply chain, confirming orders and booking couriers. After your first 10 orders, you decide whether to continue with us or run the store yourself.
How do payments work?
You get a fixed price in PKR before we start, along with clear payment terms in your quote. There are no hidden charges for the agreed scope.
