Case study
Keragen Smooth
Keragen is a professional keratin and collagen haircare brand selling smoothing treatments, shampoos, conditioners and styling products in the US. We support their Shopify store with development and day to day e-commerce operations.

01 The challenge
Keragen shares a physical inventory pool with a sister store, Beauty Market Online, and sells through several sales channels including TikTok and Google. That created real problems:
- Stock levels were being overwritten during syncs between the two stores.
- Sales channel settings kept resetting, hiding products from TikTok and Google.
- The team needed clear inventory data to trust what was in stock.

02 Our solution
- Inventory analysis. SKU level CSV comparisons and discrepancy reports to find exactly where stock numbers went wrong.
- Sync fix. We traced a race condition in the multi store sync app and changed how discrepancies are handled so fresh data is no longer overwritten by stale data.
- Sales channels. We found why TikTok and Google channel visibility kept resetting and fixed the conflict with the sync app.
- Store development. Ongoing improvements to product pages and the storefront as the catalogue grows.
03 The result
Inventory between Keragen and Beauty Market Online now stays consistent, products stay visible on TikTok and Google, and the team can rely on the stock numbers in Shopify.
