Case study

Blue Wear

Blue Wear is a Pakistani denim and fashion brand selling dresses, outfit sets and seasonal collections online. We built and customised their Shopify store so it feels like a fashion label, not a template, and works smoothly for buyers shopping on their phones.

01 The challenge

Fashion buyers in Pakistan shop on mobile, want to see the fit before they order and expect cash on delivery. A default theme could not show the brand properly or answer the questions that stop people from buying.

  • The brand needed a premium look that matched its photography.
  • Shoppers needed size guidance and quick ways to browse collections.
  • COD and delivery details had to be clear before checkout.

02 Our solution

We customised the Shopify Dawn theme section by section around how people actually shop for clothes.

  • Brand header. A large logo that shrinks smoothly on scroll, with a transparent to white header over the hero.
  • Collection sliders. Swipeable featured collections with colour swatches and quick view, so buyers can browse without leaving the page.
  • Size chart modal. Size charts pulled from product metafields and shown in a pop up on every product.
  • Trust on the product page. A COD badge, FAQ accordions and clear delivery information.
  • Content and SEO. Product listings and brand copy, plus a full SEO, GEO and AEO audit to improve how the store shows up in Google and AI search.

03 The result

Blue Wear now runs a branded Shopify store in PKR that is built for mobile shoppers, with collections that are easy to browse, size help on every product and COD made clear from the first visit.
